Past Projects
Mint Canyon Elementary Sewer

Overview:

Owner: Sulpher Springs School District, Canyon Country, CA.

Cornerstone Engineering of Bakersfield brought this project to us for Sulpher Springs School District because they could not find a local contractor to complete the sewer installation before the August 1st. Deadline to open the new school. The project was extremely intense due to depth and traffic control in Sierra Hwy. Susan Ahan, the project manager of the PSWC Group located in Moorpark was one of the best we have ever worked for.

Value:

$973,000

South Tahoe Public Utility District-Hwy 50 Waterline

Overview:

In the summer of 2004, we were contracted to install about 6,000 LF of 14” water transmission line that included three bores across a very busy HWY 50 in downtown South Lake Tahoe. The biggest challenge was the project was done ALL AT NIGHT!!

Value:

$1.4M

Nevada Irrigation District-Banner Taylor Reservoir Pipeline

Overview:

Also in the summer of 2004, we installed about 6,200LF of 24” ductile iron pipe through neighborhoods, steep terrain and rock. The challenge was keeping the neighbors pleased while trenching through a hard lava cap we encountered in the last 1,000 feet of pipe lay. We had to mobilize a 100,000 pound rock trencher to excavate due to the lack of room for an excavator.

Value:

$853,000
